Founded in 1909, ABM offers a wide range of essential services including janitorial, engineering, parking, electrical and lighting, energy and electric vehicle charging infrastructure, HVAC and mechanical, landscaping, and mission-critical solutions. Serving more than 20,000 clients across various sectors such as commercial office buildings, universities, airports, hospitals, data centers, manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and entertainment venues, ABM has built a reputation for excellence and innovation. With an annual revenue nearing $8 billion and a workforce of over 100,000 employees spread across 350+ offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, and other global locations, ABM stands as a trusted leader in its industry.

The Shuttle Driver position at ABM is a vital role that involves transporting passengers safely to and from assigned locations, which may include airports, commercial buildings, hospitals, sports arenas, entertainment venues, educational institutions, and warehouses. The driver is also expected to assist passengers with their luggage as needed, maintain and inspect the vehicle regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness, and perform routine maintenance such as refueling and documenting fuel usage. Attention to detail and adherence to Department of Transportation standards are critical in ensuring a safe and efficient operation.

Customer service is a key component of the Shuttle Driver’s responsibilities, as the role involves interacting directly with guests, responding to inquiries with courtesy, providing directions, and ensuring a positive experience for all passengers. The Shuttle Driver must also be prepared to execute emergency procedures, including enforcing evacuation plans and coordinating bus evacuation activities when required. Prompt reporting of any incidents or claims to supervisory personnel is essential to maintaining operational integrity.
