The Shred-it Route Driver position is a critical role within WM’s Healthcare Solutions group. This position involves providing industry-leading document destruction services to clients, ensuring the safe transport and destruction of confidential materials in adherence to company policy and all local and federal regulations. The Shred-it Route Driver is responsible for the security and timely servicing of assigned routes, operating company vehicles safely, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform a variety of physical activities, including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing, often in various weather conditions or inside garages and shops.

The compensation for the Shred-it Route Driver position is competitive, offering $17.00 per hour, paid weekly. The work schedule is four 10-hour weekdays with a 6:30 AM start, providing a stable and community-focused work environment.
