The driver is responsible for the timely and secure transport and destruction of confidential documents, ensuring all activities comply with company policy as well as local and federal laws. Drivers start their weekday shifts at 7 AM, typically working a 4/10 schedule with 8 to 10-hour routes serving 20 to 30 stops per route.\n\nThe position emphasizes reliability, safety, and customer interaction, requiring the driver to perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues promptly, and operate the company's equipment efficiently to minimize the risk of injury or damage. Maintaining security during document collection is critical, as the driver must ensure all confidential materials are properly secured and transported according to rigorous standards.
