The role of Showroom Maintenance & Warehouse Associate (SMWA) is essential to ensuring a pristine, safe, and well-organized environment across multiple store locations. This part-time position, offering $18 to $20 per hour, involves maintaining showrooms, warehouses, and surrounding areas to the highest standards. The SMWA is vital in supporting the company's merchandising and warehouse operations, including receiving and assembling furniture, performing minor repairs, and collaborating with the visual team. This role demands a high level of physical activity, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating a positive guest experience.

SMWAs help maintain cleanliness, handle inventory carefully, perform custodian duties such as dusting and vacuuming, and assist with store upgrades including painting and minor facility maintenance.
