The Showroom Coordinator position is a full-time, in-person role based at Brilliant Earth’s Baltimore, Maryland showroom. With an hourly wage targeted between $20 and $22, this role is crucial in upholding Brilliant Earth’s commitment to outstanding customer service and operational excellence. The Showroom Coordinator acts as the face of the company in Baltimore, welcoming guests, facilitating showroom operations, and ensuring a luxurious retail environment. This position requires working in a fast-paced setting, adaptable to weekend shifts, where the coordinator plays a key role in creating memorable and personalized customer experiences.
This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing inventory logistics between the Baltimore showroom, the New Jersey headquarters, and external vendors; handling order fulfillment, packaging, and preparation of customer materials; and maintaining security and operational policies. The Coordinator supports sales by managing appointments, assisting walk-in customers, maintaining showroom aesthetics, and enforcing policies to guarantee a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for visitors.

Job Duties
- Create memorable and personalized customer experiences by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment during showroom visits
- Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, warmth, and professionalism
- Send and receive product from the NJ headquarters and external vendors while reconciling inventory within the computer system
- Facilitate order fulfillment including preparing and packaging customer materials, managing inventory, and maintaining an organized packaging area
- Manage the security of goods and provide expertise on operational policy and procedure
- Maintain a luxury environment in the showroom and uphold visual merchandising and retail operations standards including planogram maintenance and updates, seasonal roll-outs, decor and signage maintenance, and regular reviews
- Manage and organize appointments for pick-ups, resizing, and repairs
- Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an available sales representative or scheduling them for a return visit
- Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience while supporting the sales team
- Gracefully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests
