The Showroom Concierge at Brilliant Earth serves as the welcoming face of the company, presenting a polished and premium atmosphere for visitors in their luxury showroom. As the first point of contact for customers, this role plays a vital part in delivering impeccable service that aligns with the brand's high standards. The concierge proactively greets customers, assists with check-ins, and ensures each visitor experiences personalized and memorable care that reflects Brilliant Earth's reputation for quality and sustainability in jewelry. This includes managing post-sale appointments for services such as exchanges, resizing, and pickups, as well as communicating with customers to confirm appointments and address any preliminary questions.
In addition to front-facing duties, the Showroom Concierge maintains showroom cleanliness and organization, ensuring that product displays adhere to new merchandising guidelines. The role demands a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to keep the showroom pristine and inviting at all times. The concierge is also responsible for conducting audits to maintain showroom standards and liaising with facilities for maintenance, making minor repairs when necessary. Upholding safety and security policies in the waiting area, including product security, is a critical function of the position. Flexibility is essential as the ideal candidate will participate in opening and closing duties for the showroom.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Availability to work full-time schedule including weekends
- Ability to provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail in maintaining showroom appearance
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to perform minor facilities maintenance and repairs
- Commitment to uphold safety and security policies
- Ability to open and/or close the showroom
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in retail or luxury settings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for process
- Ability to act as a brand ambassador and uphold company values
- Experience working collaboratively within a team
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills a plus
Job Duties
- Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience that reflects our luxury brand and product quality
- Act as a brand ambassador, communicating our brand values and company mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry
- Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries
- Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions
- Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with your leaders to continuously improve the customer experience
- Maintain luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including executing new product merchandising guidelines
- Conduct weekly and quarterly audits to ensure showroom standards are being upheld, follow through with resolving opportunities identified
- Serve as the liaison for all facilities maintenance projects for the location, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as needed
- Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security
- Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area
