The role of Showroom Concierge at TileBar is an essential position that supports the Sales Representatives and enhances the overall showroom experience for clients. This full-time position offers a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, reflecting the importance of the role in delivering top-tier service and operational excellence. The Showroom Concierge acts as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere whether in person, on the phone, or through written communication. They assist clients by offering refreshments and accommodating their needs to ensure a comfortable and professional environment. Additionally, this role provides critical sales and order support by helping Sales Representatives with sample requests, quoting, order placements, tracking, and returns.

Beyond administrative tasks, the Showroom Concierge maintains detailed records within the CRM system, aiding in seamless account management and customer relationship development. A strong understanding of TileBar’s diverse product lineup, services, and systems is required to answer inquiries accurately and support client project requirements. The position also demands collaborative efforts with showroom staff and internal teams to uphold TileBar’s brand standards and exceed customer expectations. Candidates must contribute positively to the friendly and knowledgeable culture that TileBar values.

This role requires flexibility, as retail hours may include weekends, evenings, and special events. Occasional travel for market events, training, or showroom openings is expected, along with the physical ability to move product samples and support showroom maintenance. Job Requirements

  • flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings, and special events as needed
  • ability to travel occasionally for market events, training, or showroom openings
  • ability to lift up to 25 lbs for sample movement and showroom maintenance

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant sales support experience
  • 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in tile, natural stone, textile, furniture, building materials, or supply chain industries preferred
  • experience working with commercial contractors and knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
  • proficiency in CRM systems
  • strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across multiple projects
  • excellent interpersonal, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills
  • ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments
