Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in event management, logistics, advance, protocol, or public policy operations
- Demonstrated experience working with government officials, senior executives, or other high-level stakeholders in a professional setting
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and political acumen in high-stakes, sensitive situations
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Own and manage the end-to-end planning and execution of showcases, demonstrations, and events for government officials, policymakers, and stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact and on-site host for VIP visits and ride-along experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Communications, Legal, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution
- Manage all event logistics, including guest registration, scheduling, security coordination, transportation, catering, and audio-visual support
- Prepare and produce high-quality briefing materials, agendas, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Execute other Policy Strategy and Operations team duties as assigned
