Job Requirements

  • Ability to work weekend night shifts and some weekday night shifts (day of shows only)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and foster professional relationships with individuals at all levels
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Must be over 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls to help resolve customer concerns through analysis to determine the most effective resolution
  • Assist guests and staff with any questions or needs
  • Manage the filing and logging of lost and found items
  • Support various show day projects, including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty
  • Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
