La Mesa RV is currently seeking a dedicated Show Coordinator to join their growing team. This role is essential in managing the preparation, maintenance, and dismantling of show sites across multiple event venues. The Show Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the event setup run smoothly and meet the company’s high standards of presentation and safety. Duties include conducting pre-show site inspections to identify challenges, overseeing the strategic placement and organization of RV display units, and managing the setup of flooring, signage, and vendor equipment. The position also requires collaborating with electrical contractors, liaising with fire marshals to ensure safety compliance, and troubleshooting basic technical issues related to office and event equipment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in event setup or logistics coordination preferred, especially within an RV or auto show context. Physical capability to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs and the flexibility to travel and work extended hours during event periods are necessary. The Show Coordinator will also lead teams responsible for cleaning and maintaining display units, manage hospitality provisions for sales teams, coordinate post-show logistics, and oversee final site cleanup.
