- Experience in event marketing, home shows, or retail activations
- Background in field marketing or lead generation roles
- Proven sales leadership or team management experience
- Experience in hospitality, promotions, or brand ambassador leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve metrics
Job Duties
- Plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations
- Build and manage a calendar of high-ROI events
- Recruit, train, and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
- Set clear daily and weekly KPIs including leads, cost per lead, and conversion
- Drive lead generation performance at every event
- Manage booth setup, messaging, and customer experience
- Track results and continuously optimize performance
