  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve metrics

Job Duties

  • Plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations
  • Build and manage a calendar of high-ROI events
  • Recruit, train, and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
  • Set clear daily and weekly KPIs including leads, cost per lead, and conversion
  • Drive lead generation performance at every event
  • Manage booth setup, messaging, and customer experience
  • Track results and continuously optimize performance
