Job Description

Storm Guard Roofing is a rapidly growing company based in Madison, Wisconsin, specializing in providing superior exterior home solutions. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Storm Guard Roofing has positioned itself as a leader in the home exterior industry. The company puts a strong emphasis on innovative strategies, building scalable systems, and investing heavily in field marketing, shows, and events as a pivotal growth channel. Known for their high standards, they are committed to not just doing average work but excelling with systems that deliver consistent, high-quality results across markets. This culture of excellence has fueled their rapid expansion and created opportunities for professionals eager to be part of a dynamic, results-focused environment.

The current opening is for an experienced Show & Event Manager who will play a vital revenue-driving leadership role within Storm Guard Roofing. This is not a traditional event coordinator position but a strategic role where you will be responsible for building, owning, and scaling a high-performing events team that generates consistent lead flow to drive sales. The position is full-time, based in Madison, WI, and offers a base salary of $60,000 plus performance bonuses, with six-figure earning potential.

In this role, you will plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations. You will be tasked with building and managing a calendar packed with high-ROI events and recruiting, training, and leading event staff and brand ambassadors. Setting clear daily and weekly KPIs such as leads generated, cost per lead, and conversion rates is a fundamental part of your responsibilities. You will lead the charge in driving lead generation performance at every event, managing booth setup, ensuring compelling messaging, and optimizing customer experiences on-site. Continuous tracking and optimization of results will be key to your success.

Storm Guard Roofing values competitive, results-driven individuals who can organize effectively without getting bogged down in busy work. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with high energy and strong communication skills, comfortable engaging directly with homeowners and leading from the front. You will be accountable not merely for effort but actual business results, optimizing data to refine performance metrics continuously.

This role requires someone comfortable working some evenings and weekends when events are scheduled. You will be stepping into a position where you have autonomy to build a scalable growth engine, not just manage events. The role offers a clear path to senior leadership as the company continues to expand, giving you the opportunity to build and own a significant revenue channel within Storm Guard Roofing. In essence, if you are looking for a comfortable, passive job, this is not the role for you. But if you are driven to build, lead, and get rewarded for performance, Storm Guard Roofing presents an exciting career opportunity that can take your leadership and strategic skills to the next level.
