We are currently seeking motivated Show & Event Demonstrators to join our dynamic team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for customer engagement and sales. As a Show & Event Demonstrator, you will be the face of Bath Concepts at various shows and events, tasked with attracting visitors to our booth, presenting product overviews, and generating leads by booking appointments with potential customers. Your role is essential in communicating the benefits of our premium bath remodeling solutions and helping to secure sales opportunities for our team. This position offers hourly pay plus performance-based bonuses linked to the quality and quantity of appointments you secure. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Additionally, the role requires travel to scheduled events, so reliable transportation and availability during weekends are necessary. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is enthusiastic about home improvement products and solutions.

Job Duties

  • Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events
  • Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
  • Book appointments

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
  • Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth
  • Explain basic product features and benefits
  • Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments
  • Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator
