We are currently seeking Show & Event Demonstrators to become part of our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in representing the Bath Concepts brand at various shows and events by engaging with attendees, providing insightful product overviews, and generating valuable sales leads. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and contributing to the growth of the company through quality appointment setting. This position offers hourly pay along with bonuses tied to the quality and number of appointments booked, making it a rewarding opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in vibrant, event-driven environments. As a Show & Event Demonstrator, you will be the face of Bath Concepts at promotional events, entrusted with creating a welcoming atmosphere, educating potential customers about our products, and facilitating new business opportunities. Your role will not only support the sales team but also help solidify the company’s presence in key markets by fostering strong, memorable connections with potential clients.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel to events
  • Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Willingness to engage with the public in a friendly and professional manner

Job Duties

  • Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events
  • Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
  • Book appointments
  • Maintain a professional appearance throughout event
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
  • Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth
  • Explain basic product features and benefits
  • Secure entry forms or book in home sales appointments
  • Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator
