As the Show & Events Coordinator / Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our event marketing initiatives. You will research potential event opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure spots that maximize exposure and networking potential. Additionally, managing an annual calendar of events will allow you to maintain a steady presence within the community. Part of your responsibility will also include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training event demonstrators to represent Bath Planet professionally. You will oversee the scheduling and management of event staff to ensure seamless operations and effective customer engagement during each event.

Your role extends beyond just organizing events; you will be focused on generating qualified leads by engaging directly with homeowners and promoting Bath Planet’s offerings. This will involve coordinating booth setups, displays, and breakdowns, managing contest entries, and scheduling free in-home consultations for prospective clients. Monitoring event performance and providing detailed reporting to the sales team will enable continuous improvement and alignment with sales objectives. Job Requirements
