This specific position is for a Custodian role within the YMCA, an essential part of the team tasked with maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appeal of the facility. As a Custodian, you will play a crucial role in supporting the well-being and satisfaction of the YMCA community by ensuring that all areas of the facility—including fitness zones, restrooms, showers, common spaces, and outdoor grounds—are spotlessly maintained. This role not only involves routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, trash removal, and window washing but also extends to specialized duties like pool cleaning, snow removal, groundskeeping, and assisting with event setups.
