The Bakery Manager role at ShopRite is a vital leadership position responsible for overseeing the Bakery Department's overall operations and associate team performance. Reporting to the General Store Manager, the Bakery Manager ensures the department meets its sales and profit goals while maintaining outstanding customer experience and high employee engagement. The Bakery Manager will ensure that all food safety and compliance standards are strictly adhered to while maintaining the quality and presentation of all bakery products.

The Bakery Manager is responsible for supervising and coaching the bakery team, fostering a positive and friendly customer environment, and ensuring merchandising and stocking standards are consistently met. Job Duties

  • Manage bakery product quality, stocking, and pricing accuracy
  • Lead and develop bakery associates through training and feedback
