The manager must be able to use department technology and applications efficiently to manage operations and maintain accurate record-keeping. By embracing ShopRite’s core values and service priorities, the Appy/Deli Manager will contribute significantly to creating a safe, friendly, well-presented, and efficient department that customers trust and enjoy.
