This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will be recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff, motivating your team, and holding them accountable to company policies and performance goals. Physical demands include operating safely around vehicles, working in various weather conditions, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Take 5 supports its employees through various benefits and perks, including an annual Shop Manager Conference, opportunities for career advancement from Pit Tech to President roles, employee contests, easy transfer options between locations nationwide, and meaningful community involvement. Their family atmosphere fosters a collaborative and supportive workplace where staff can develop new skills and meet new people every day. The commitment to professional growth is evident in the fact that over 90% of Take 5 District Managers have advanced from shop-level positions.

Candidates considering this role should be prepared for early working hours and a workload of approximately 55 hours per week. Adaptability, basic computer skills, physical stamina, and high attention to safety are essential. Take 5 offers a dynamic and rewarding career path for motivated individuals who thrive in team environments and are eager to contribute to a reputable company making automotive maintenance fast, friendly, and convenient.
