Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of experience in industrial operations preferred
- Minimum of two years related experience in industrial operations
- Ability to walk, climb, bend, stoop and perform heavy lifting
- Knowledge of mobile equipment operation, cement manufacturing equipment
- Some mechanical and electrical skills
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of PPE including respirators
- Clean shaven for respirator fit testing
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain high work standards in a manner that supports SOP's and complies with Amrize policies
- Primary point of contact for customers, truck haulers, market managers and other outside sources
- Operate mobile equipment
- cement loading, shipping including forklift, manlift, skid steer, trackmobile, and cherry picker
- Operate a forklift to load and unload product
- Load bulk trucks, bulk rail cars, bulk bags and barges
- Store, stock and handle materials including but not limited to cement ensuring accurate deliveries
- Perform required maintenance and welding as needed on equipment and machines
- Perform inventory measurements and reporting as required
- Utilize computer systems to load trucks, receive product, maintain inventories, input manual bills of lading, process credit rebills and complete procurement requirements
- Perform necessary tasks to ensure good housekeeping for a safe and efficient operation ensure warehouse is safe and accessible for non-warehouse traffic
- Perform inspections and provide documentation and reporting as required or as directed by the Supervisor
- Maintain Shipping area's Process for Safety, Procedures and ISO documentation
- Assist other departments as needed
- Maintain a high degree of customer service and customer satisfaction
- Identify report and assist in resolution of safety and environmental concerns and work practices that may affect the Health & Safety of employees or other parties
- Perform any and all other duties as may be assigned
- Work any shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays as schedules dictate
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas
