The position available is for a Shift Manager, a crucial leadership role within the restaurant team. Shift Managers lead shifts on a weekly basis and are responsible for delivering a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. They provide leadership to both crew members and other managers, focusing on maintaining high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, which are the core pillars of the McDonald's customer promise. This role demands a combination of hands-on operational work along with team leadership and management responsibilities.

Shift Managers plan each shift meticulously, monitor performance, and take proactive steps to meet operational targets. Their duties involve ensuring food safety compliance, internal communication between shifts, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant, management and motivation of crew, and delivering quality food production paired with exceptional customer service. Additionally, Shift Managers maintain a safe and secure working environment and handle scheduling and training activities. Meeting or exceeding goals in their assigned departments and shifts is an integral part of the position.
