Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior management or supervisory experience desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards
- Legal eligibility to work in the country

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan shifts and monitor team performance
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
- Monitor food safety, safety, security, and cleanliness
- Manage inventory and scheduling
- Train and develop crew members
