Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Lead and direct store team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations

- provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment
- support team development and resolve operational issues
