Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • six months of experience in customer-facing roles

Job Duties

  • Lead and direct store team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
  • prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
  • manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
  • delegate tasks to employees and coordinate team efforts
  • maintain store operating policies and quality standards
  • provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment
  • support team development and resolve operational issues
