Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes such as temperature quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients

Job Qualifications

  • six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating efforts of two or more employees
  • ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • lead and coordinate shift operations to ensure a smooth and efficient store experience
  • coach and prepare staff in the preparation of beverages and food products to meet quality standards
  • manage cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with store safety and security policies
  • delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively among team members
  • maintain a welcoming environment that fosters connection and customer satisfaction
  • enforce store policies and standards consistently
  • support team development and growth through positive leadership and communication
