We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our team and lead with both craft and heart. As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will be instrumental in ensuring every shift runs smoothly while fostering a positive environment for both your team and our customers.

This position involves overseeing daily store operations including quality control of beverages and food, cash handling, store safety, and security. You will be coaching and preparing your team to craft beverages and food products to Starbucks’ standards, while also customizing orders to meet unique customer preferences. Your leadership will help maintain the store's high standards and encourage teamwork, effective communication, and strong interpersonal relationships. The ability to delegate tasks and coordinate multiple employees is essential to success in this role.
