Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food delivery, cash handling, and safety standards
- Six months experience in customer-facing roles
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
- Six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees

- Ability to direct the work of others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead the coffeehouse team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Coach and mentor partners to maintain high-quality beverage and food preparation
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Ensure adherence to store policies including cash handling and safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers to build connections
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
