Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • six months of experience in customer service or related field
  • proven ability to manage team tasks and shift operations
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
  • knowledge of store safety and security protocols
  • ability to prepare and coach beverage and food recipes

Job Qualifications

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team activities
  • knowledge of retail environment
  • effective oral communication skills
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
