Starbucks values their partners' growth journeys and supports career advancement by providing industry-leading benefits and developmental experiences. Partners enjoy comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as paid parental leave, vacation time, and sick leave. Moreover, Starbucks offers unique benefits such as 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through an online Arizona State University program, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, stock purchase opportunities, financial well-being tools, and additional educational resources.

Flexible working hours are a requisite for this role, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, which reflects the retail environment’s operational demands. Starbucks emphasizes a culture of inclusion and equal opportunity, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and ensuring reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. Compensation varies by geographic location and individual qualifications, with starting pay typically at the entry point of the range for the role.

Joining Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor offers a career path embedded in a mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit through coffee. If you have a knack for leadership, enjoy customer interaction, and want to be part of a globally respected brand that invests in its partners, this opportunity is an excellent fit.
