Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- six months experience in customer-facing roles
- six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks to other employees

Job Duties
- Lead shift operations and ensure smooth store functioning
- coach and prepare team members in food and beverage preparation according to standards
- maintain quality control on products served
- manage cash handling and store safety protocols
- delegate tasks to team members effectively
- build and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff
- ensure compliance with store operating policies
