- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Six months of experience in customer interaction roles
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to employees

- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Experience delegating tasks or coordinating teams of two or more employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead and motivate baristas and other store partners during shifts
- Ensure quality beverages and food products are prepared to Starbucks standards
- Manage cash handling and store safety protocols
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Provide coaching and support to partners to enhance their performance
- Maintain a welcoming and positive environment for customers and partners
- Monitor store operations to meet company policies and standards
