Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes
  • Experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Six months of experience delegating and coordinating tasks among employees
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Knowledge of retail environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to direct the work of others

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate partners during shifts to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensure quality beverage and food preparation according to Starbucks standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
  • Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness
  • Manage cash handling and store operations efficiently
  • Coach and support partner development and training
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
