Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- comply with store operating policies and standards
- demonstrate ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- have six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling requests of customers
- have six months experience in delegating tasks to others or coordinating work of two or more employees

- strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

Job Duties
- lead the coffeehouse team with a focus on craft and customer connection
- manage store operations ensuring quality beverage and food preparation
- delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees
- maintain store safety and cash handling procedures
- coach team members to develop their skills and meet service standards
- create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- ensure compliance with all store policies and standards
