Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- comply with store operating policies and standards
- demonstrate ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- have six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling requests of customers
- have six months experience in delegating tasks to others or coordinating work of two or more employees

- create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- ensure compliance with all store policies and standards
