Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights or holidays
- Meet Starbucks operating policies and standards
- Provide quality food and beverage products
- Handle cash accurately
- Ensure store safety and security
- Six months of customer interaction experience
- Six months experience in supervising or coordinating employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks

Job Duties
- Lead shift operations including opening and closing procedures
- Coach and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- Ensure store complies with safety, security, and cash handling policies
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities of team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships
- Monitor inventory and product quality
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
