Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- prepare and coach food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months experience in a customer-facing role
- at least six months experience in task delegation or coordination

- minimum six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Duties
- lead and coordinate the team during shifts to ensure operational excellence

- uphold store policies and safety guidelines
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
