Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes

  • Lead and supervise store operations during shifts

  • ensure quality preparation of food and beverages according to standards

  • provide excellent customer service and build relationships
  • maintain compliance with store policies and procedures
