Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Experience preparing and coaching preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience interacting with and serving customers
- Six months experience coordinating and delegating tasks to other employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to build relationships and lead others
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
