Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with customers in a service role
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure delivery of quality products and excellent customer service
- Manage and coach team members to maintain high performance and adherence to store standards
- Oversee preparation of food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security during shifts
- Coordinate scheduling and task delegation among staff
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
