Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks among two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to direct and motivate team members
- Knowledge of retail environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Effective oral communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members effectively
- Coach and support baristas and staff in preparing and serving high-quality coffee and food products
- Maintain cash handling procedures and store safety and security standards
- Monitor product quality and inventory levels to meet operational policies
- Foster strong interpersonal relationships with team members and customers
- Ensure compliance with store policies, health regulations, and company standards
