Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- six months of customer interaction experience
- six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees
- ability to coach preparation of food and beverages

- minimum six months of experience in customer-facing roles
- experience delegating tasks and coordinating team efforts
- effective oral communication skills
- strong interpersonal and team-building skills
- knowledge of retail environment
- ability to learn quickly

- Lead daily store operations to ensure excellence
- delegate tasks and coordinate team activities
- coach and mentor partners to improve performance
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and cash handling standards
- prepare and oversee the preparation of food and beverages according to standards
- handle customer interactions to foster a welcoming environment
- maintain store safety and security
