Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- at least six months experience in customer-facing role
- at least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating work of multiple employees
- strong oral communication skills
- ability to direct the work of others
- knowledge of retail environment
- ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team
Job Duties
- Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and product quality
- oversee daily store operations including cash handling and store safety
- coach and develop team members to ensure adherence to Starbucks standards
- prepare and ensure quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized requests
- delegate tasks and coordinate responsibilities among team members
- maintain store operating policies and standards consistently
- foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
