Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
  • Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
  • At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

  • Experience delegating tasks or coordinating a team of two or more employees
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
  • Knowledge of retail operations and store policies

  • Demonstrated leadership potential

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure consistent delivery of quality beverages and food products
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts
  • Maintain store safety and security protocols
  • Provide coaching and training to partners for skill development
  • Handle cash management and operational procedures accurately
  • Foster a welcoming environment to enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
