Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- At least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure consistent delivery of quality beverages and food products
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts
- Maintain store safety and security protocols
- Provide coaching and training to partners for skill development
- Handle cash management and operational procedures accurately
- Foster a welcoming environment to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
