Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
Six months of experience in a role involving constant customer interaction
Prepare and coach others on food and beverage preparation to standard or customized recipes including recipe adjustments
At least six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating the work of two or more employees
