You will also have opportunities to grow your skills quickly through hands-on experiences and developmental support.

In addition to competitive compensation, Starbucks offers an outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance options, and paid parental leave. Partners enjoy paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay, 401(k) retirement plans with employer match, and unique programs like the Starbucks College Achievement Plan that covers tuition costs for first-time bachelor’s degree seekers through Arizona State University’s online program. Starbucks carefully complies with applicable local and state laws, ensuring equitable employment practices including accommodations for disabilities and fair consideration regardless of background or history. As a Starbucks partner, you are part of a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and making a positive impact through every cup served.
