Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety
  • Six months of customer-facing experience
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

Job Qualifications

  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of the retail environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations to deliver excellent customer service
  • Coach partners on beverage preparation and food quality standards
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
  • Ensure adherence to store safety and security policies
  • Manage cash handling and operational procedures
  • Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • Support team collaboration and development
