Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to deliver excellent customer service
- Coach partners on beverage preparation and food quality standards
- Delegate tasks and coordinate activities among team members
- Ensure adherence to store safety and security policies
- Manage cash handling and operational procedures
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and partners
- Support team collaboration and development
