As a shift supervisor at Starbucks, you will play an integral role in leading the team to execute the company’s mission of inspiring and nurturing the human spirit, one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position where you will be responsible for fostering a positive workspace that encourages teamwork, growth, and superior customer service. Your role will involve overseeing daily store operations, ensuring that both beverages and food products meet the highest quality standards in accordance with Starbucks’ recipes and customer customization preferences.

Furthermore, the shift supervisor will manage employee performance through coaching and development, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain adherence to store policies regarding safety, security, and cash handling. This leadership position demands flexibility, as work hours may vary and include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Starbucks is invested in your career growth, offering developmental experiences and industry-leading benefits to support your journey. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, paid parental leave, vacation and sick leave, retirement plans with employer matching, tuition coverage through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, and more.

Beyond operational duties, being a Starbucks shift supervisor means being a community builder who understands the importance of interpersonal relationships. You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the aptitude to work well within a team environment. Starbucks values partners who can inspire and motivate their teams while maintaining the company’s welcoming atmosphere that customers have come to love.

This role invites individuals who are passionate about customer service, leadership, and contributing to a vibrant coffeehouse culture. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to inclusivity and accommodation, ensuring that both partners and customers experience a respectful and supportive environment.
