Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, and safety
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Job Qualifications
- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Ability to learn quickly
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
Job Duties
- Lead shifts by supervising and supporting partners to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure quality preparation and customization of food and beverages according to standard recipes
- Manage store operations including cash handling, safety, and security procedures
- Delegate tasks effectively to team members and coordinate their activities
- Coach and develop partners to enhance their skills and performance
- Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
