Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
  • six months of customer-facing experience
  • six months experience delegating tasks to others
  • ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
