Starbucks is currently seeking a Shift Supervisor to join their team. This role emphasizes leadership by example, combining both the art of coffee craft and the heart of hospitality. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading your coffeehouse team to create an inviting space for the community while maintaining high operational standards. You will lead with passion and dedication, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly, providing customers with quality beverages and food products that meet Starbucks’ standards. This position offers flexible working hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, catering to the varied needs of the coffeehouse.
In this role, you will also take on the responsibility of developing and coaching your team members, delegating tasks efficiently, and maintaining store safety and security. Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
