Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation as per standard or customized recipes
- At least six months experience delegating and coordinating tasks among two or more employees

- Six months experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- At least six months experience delegating tasks to and coordinating the work of multiple employees

Job Duties
- Lead team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service
- Coach partners in food and beverage preparation to meet standard recipes or customized orders
- Maintain store safety, security, and ensure adherence to cash handling policies
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members to optimize workflow
- Provide a welcoming environment fostering connection between customers and partners
- Manage store operations during shifts including opening, closing, and handling emergencies
- Communicate effectively with staff and customers to address needs and resolve issues
