Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- prepare and coach food and beverage preparation
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks to or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- six months of experience in delegating or coordinating tasks of multiple employees

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure high-quality customer service
