Job Description
Starbucks Coffee Company is a global leader in the coffeehouse industry, renowned for crafting the world’s finest coffee and creating meaningful experiences one cup at a time. Founded with a commitment to quality, community, and sustainability, Starbucks has grown into a beloved brand with thousands of stores worldwide, fostering connections amongst customers and partners alike. The company’s mission extends beyond serving excellent coffee; it focuses on building warm, welcoming environments where every visit uplifts and connects people within their communities. As an established and innovative player in the retail coffee sector, Starbucks continuously invests in its partners’ growth, providing industry-leading benefits, educational opportunities, and supportive workplace culture.
The Shift Supervisor role at Starbucks is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and operational excellence customers expect. In this leadership position, you will oversee daily store operations with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will have the opportunity to lead a team, inspire partners through coaching, and ensure that the coffeehouse remains a vibrant, inviting space for all community members. This role demands a blend of craft and heart — leading by example, managing tasks efficiently, and fostering an environment of teamwork and connection. Starbucks offers flexible scheduling to accommodate life’s demands and supports career development through hands-on experiences and educational programs. Compensation varies by geographic location and individual considerations; new hires typically start at the entry point of the pay range for the role. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity and making reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
