Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Prepare and coach food and beverage preparation to standards or customized customer requests
- At least six months experience delegating or coordinating tasks of two or more employees
