As a company, Starbucks emphasizes the importance of its partners (employees) who play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and cultivating a space where every customer feels valued. Starbucks operates numerous stores worldwide, and it continuously invests in the growth and development of its partners through extensive training, leadership development opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. The company is not only committed to enriching customers' lives one cup at a time but also to nurturing partners' professional and personal growth through supportive and inclusive workplace policies. This commitment extends to providing industry-leading benefits and educational opportunities such as the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, which offers 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program.

Starbucks values individuals who can inspire others, build strong relationships with partners and customers alike, and embody the company’s mission of creating connections and memorable moments with every interaction.

In this role, you will be expected to work flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays to support the store’s operational needs. The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy collaborating as part of a team, and have demonstrated skills in task delegation and coordination. Starbucks also places great emphasis on partners’ well-being, offering access to a range of benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, vacation and sick leave accrual, retirement plans including a 401(k) with employer match, stock purchase programs, financial wellness resources, backup care, and educational support. By joining Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor, you become part of a company that cares deeply about its people, the community, and delivering exceptional coffee experiences day after day.
